Good room for a couple of nights, no air con but the fan was more than sufficient. The smart TV features didn't work on the TV in our original room, so they kindly let us move rooms. Was good to be able to sit out on the terrace too.

Perfect city to stay that are close to parks and cities of Salento and Filandia. I recommend, if you don't have a car, to stay at avenida Bolivar region, it has lots of options of things to do and it save a lot transportation time.

What I did not like was the fact that every night "poor" people would
empty out of the official garbage containers in downtown Armenia throwing the contents on the square where the local business is operating. It is true however that the squares and streets are cleaned daily meticulously .

A fantastic place near Armenia There is one huge reason to go to Armenia, the Quindio Botanical Gardens four kilometres from town. They are the best botanical gardens I have been to since Kandy in Sri Lanka 42 years ago. They are big with a fabulous butterfly house. You have to take a guided tour, but it last nearly 3 hours and my guide was fantastic. Maybe the best thing I have seen in Colombia in 7 weeks

The city itself is not very interesting, but it gives excelent access to the surrounding points of interest. We visited a coffee museum, the palm trees and the fun park ‘parque del café’ which all are awesome

The scenery it’s amazing!
The scenery it’s amazing! Mountains are cover in agricultural products as coffee, bananas, pineapple, avocado trees. The local food it’s delicious and the people it’s very friendly.
Many attractions and places to see for a short drive, as finca Recuca, Salento and Valle del Cócora, Parque del café, Balsaje río la vieja.
Had read in some reviews that it was noisy, particularly because of the carpark, however, we thought it was absolutely fine - have actually been in noisier hotels! I suppose just take earplugs in case of any noise if you're a light sleeper. We hired a motorcycle to visit Salento, Valle Del Cocora, Circasia, Filandia and Pereira, so it was great to be able to park it at the hotel. The hotel was in a good, central location, the staff were nice and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.
-All the staff members of the hotel were always very helpful and professional.
-The breakfast had a wide range of food selection.
-The city view from the room was great.
-Wonderful view from the pool area. Many photos were taken.
-The price was reasonable taking into account all the facilities available. Excellent bathroom and shower,, comfortable bed, amenities in good condition.
-Convenient location.
We are definitely are looking forward to come back. :)
Amazing and very modern hotel complex. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a great offer and was very tasty. From our room we had a 180 degree view into the jungle. The spa area had a nice infinity pool and a steam bath which was nice to use in the evening when it gets colder.
Everything was great, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It is so cheap, the room is spacious, very clean, and the staff were incredibly nice!!
