Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. All areas of the hotel including bathroom were super clean. It was raining two entire days of our stay in Zermatt. But because our room had direct view of Matterhorn we were able to get glimpse of Mattehorn through fast moving clouds.

Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The indoor pools and the outdoor jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. The view in the morning was also breathtaking (I recommend a room with a view to the Matterhorn).

Az erkélyről tényleg láthattam a Matterhornt, ami csodálatos volt! Az apartman szép és jól felszerelt. Az elhelyezkedése is jó, minden felvonót, vonatot gyalog is el lehet érni. Van lift, ami kényelmes. (A felsőbb emeletek esetében, és mivel onnan jobb a kilátás, érdemes oda menni.) Csendes környéken van, az ágy kényelmes, jól lehet pihenni.

Cozy, great location, quality at all levels, from staff to the food and service! Warm, welcoming, plus we had a room with a spectacular view, the restaurant as well, the direct access to the ski room was a plus! We will definitely return, maybe in summer to enjoy Zermatt’s beautiful setting and the wide range of activities that it offers!
Nice location, very clean room
Buffet Breakfast was amazing and so many special and fun touches you just don't see anywhere else. The room was adorable and perfect for our family and having the water and other mini fridge items available for free was such a nice touch. The shower and heated towel bar were amazing! The location was just inside of all the action of Zermatt, but was still pretty quiet for most of the night.
