Really enjoyed it and the staff is so nice. Room was big, with a small kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. The location might not be ideal if you are not travelling by car but the bus stop is near by so it’s doable. There are also various activities for children which was very nice.

I stayed in this location because I wanted to see the Perseid meteor shower and the back garden was perfect for lying under the stars. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was okay.

This is a harder review to write as this was a lovely room but the location wasn’t our style. If you are traveling by train this spot is for you! It was modern, comfortable, great outlet positioning with good breakfast. Great bathroom (shower was awesome) Parking was convenient (but cost extra!)

La Fleur de Lys is housed in a 350 year-old building right in the centre of the medieval town of Gruyère, 400 metres from Gruyère Castle, the Giger Museum and the Tibet Museum. In old town Gruyère, very close to the castle and the bus stop that goes to and from the train station. The staff is exceptional and the hotel atmosphere takes you back to a less hurried time. We enjoyed our meals and the evening fire in the common sitting room. We highly recommend it.

Friburg ens ha servit com a punt de partida per fer altres excursions. La ciutat val la pena visitar-la, però amb mig dia esta vista. Com a punt de partida al vespre té bastants restaurants per anar a sopar.
Friburgo es una ciudad muy pequeña pero merece la pena pasear tanto por el centro histórico de la ciudad como por la parte comercial, más nueva. y también buscar alguna chocolatería. Al ser universitaria, hay mucho más ambiente que en otras ciudades de Suiza.
