Located a 1 minute walk from the heart of Banff, the Moose Hotel & Suites features a spa centre and on-site bar. Each unit offers a patio or balcony. Every air-conditioned room has a flat-screen TV. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is right in the town centre. Very convenient to get to anywhere. The room is clean, cozy and spacious. We had a great time staying at Moose Hotel

All was perfect as before, plus the restaurant has very nice breakfasts now (it was missed a year ago). This is really nice hotel with kind and helpful staff.

Brewster Mountain Lodge is centrally located in downtown Banff. Log furnishings, western décor, and historic photos from the Brewster Family define the interior of the lodge. The breakfast was lovely every morning. The hotel is very clean and the staff are kind and helpful. The cookies each afternoon are a bonus!

Situated just minutes from the centre of Banff, Banff Ptarmigan Inn offers convenient amenities and leisure services within walking distance of many area attractions, parks and ski areas. The location was perfect, just a block away from the main town area with shopping and restaurants. They also were able to loan out bear spray, which saved me the expense of buying my own.

Very well located for everything. we wanted to do - wandering through town, Bow walkway, and handy to all transport - gondola shuttle at front door, short walk to Lake Louise Roam bus, short walk to Calgary transport Room was fine - clean and comfortable. Breakfast (additional cost) was fine if limited. Staff friendly - concierge's tip that it wasn't necessary to buy a tour to see elks and deer was welcomed

I can’t believe the experience we got for the price. This hotel is an absolute gem hidden away at the top of the mountain. It’s so cosy and the views of the snow falling on the mountains from the outdoor hot pool are stunning. The pool is so close to the rooms you can have a dip and a sauna and throw your towel around you and run back to your fire, and it’s open until 10pm. When we arrived they gave us bus passes for our whole stay to get up and back (5mins) to town as much as we wanted so we never had to worry about finding parking or having a designated driver. They give you as much fire wood as you like for no charge so you can have a fire every night. There’s free wifi, 24hr laundry and a book swap and a small kitchenette if you want to cook for yourself. Yes the rooms are pretty basic there’s everything you need and the overall experience is so worth it that everyone we met seemed to be returning customers. Cannot recommend enough!
Carolina and orhet from beginning to end were such wonderfully staff to interact with, our room looked identical to what we had reserved, was ready upon arrival and was perfect for our needs. When we return to banff we will return to this hotel!
The hotel was in a great location near everything we needed. It was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The added touch of fresh flowers and fruit in the lobby was lovely.

the location is good. the hotel is in Banff downtown and we can walk through the town easily and the hotel has his own parking so it is very comfortable. and the location is beside the river so we have a wonderful view behind the hotel.

We love red carpet in, not the first time. Stayed on my 40th birthday. We loved staying here. Very close the the centre of everything, top notch customer service! Thanks to Ondrej and Marwan. We would definitely come back again.

Big clean rooms, great facilities pool, gym,hot tub and parking, nice friendly staff. Arrived early and allowed to check in early to one of the rooms. Great location, lots of restaurants on this street.
Very friendly staff. Place is clean, accessible to shopping, grocery. Breakfast at Farm & Fire was awesome! This is where I'll stay everytime I'm in Banff!
