Located a 1 minute walk from the heart of Banff, the Moose Hotel & Suites features a spa center and on-site bar. Each unit offers a patio or balcony. Every air-conditioned room has a flat-screen TV. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is right in the town centre. Very convenient to get to anywhere. The room is clean, cozy and spacious. Restaurant has great food. Only about a 15-minute walk to town with bus stop right outside the door. Pity the pools weren’t finished, feel the hotel could compensate for that. Otherwise a great stay!

Brewster Mountain Lodge is centrally located in downtown Banff. Log furnishings, western décor, and historic photos from the Brewster Family define the interior of the lodge. The location is ideal and the room was beautiful. The staff was very kind. Loved the Christmas decorations!

The hotel had amazing views and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient, only a 20 min drive from Sunshine Village and is walkable to the town of Banff.

This property was perfect. Rooms were small and compact but all that we needed. They have a really nice coffee shop. The breakfast included was delicious, buffet style. The rooms were clean and had all that we needed.
Great staff. super friendly. location is lovely and quiet, but a bit out of town, for those without a car this would be slightly off road, relative to in town. cheaper than others. great value. great experience.
The hotel was in a great location near everything we needed. It was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The added touch of fresh flowers and fruit in the lobby was lovely.
From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in experienced, well trained hands. We were especially impressed with room service. They responded to requests, (often not on the menu) with unusual understanding and even better, everything that arrived at our room was delicious. The staff members we encountered, without exception, inquired about our satisfaction with the hotel. Everyone is well trained and good at what they do. Therefore I must believe that this attention to detail starts with senior management at guest services and that magic works its way throughout the hotel. The view from our room was spectacular but the people who work there are even better. Thank you for a memorable stay, Rimrock!

Very close to the center. It's nice that parking is included and you don't have to worry about parking. You can just walk to the shops and restaurants. Checkin and checkout were very fast.

We loved everything about Elks. The beds were so comfortable and the show was beautiful. The restaurant was our favorite of our whole trip! We had breakfast the next morning there even after we had just had dinner there the night before!

The location. Nice little cabin. It was very quiet and dark at night, we saw many stars and a bear. There is a nice restaurant just down the hill. And the Johnston Canyon trail is right there!
