Great Location right between the Blue Mountains and Collingwood Downtown Area. Facility was exceptional, indoor and outdoor pools are heated for any type of weather enjoyment. Rooms are very clean and spacious for a short visit, next time we will try the apartment style to suit our family better. All around wonderful place to visit, without the busyness of the Blue Mountain village.
We enjoy the location of the Hotel. So close to a several facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and others and less then 15 min driving from the Blue Mountains. Talking about facilities, it was a pleasure to notice they have a plant of free parking lot's spots available.

Convenient location to visit the blue mountains. The hotel in general areas seemed a bit tired, not the standard expected for the price paid. However the rooms were updated and a good size for a family. Great views from the rooftop, be sure to head up for sunset.
Best hotel stay at an affordable rate. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. It was also nearby to the blue mountains and the collibgwood town. Will recommend to friends and family for sure

The property was very clean as always. I stay here every year for the past 9 years when i go up to Wasaga beach with my family. It’s family run business and are great people both the wife and husband. I definitely recommend relax In to everyone

Best hotel stay ever! The trip was a birthday celebration and we got upgraded to a really nice room with balcony that faces the village area. Love it!
Wifi is free. The staff is really nice. I arrived almost 12 at mid night, and he opened the door for me to check in without any complaints.
Location in front of the harbor and lake. Superb.
The room was outstanding. Loved the fireplace. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub we will next time. Just a beautiful resort.
