The house is roomy, with lots of sleeping space for our group of 5 women. It was very close to the peony festival we attended down the road. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. There was a storm electrical blackout in the area for an hour or so and the owners came down and bought us wine for the inconvenience. They were very responsive to any needs we had and allowed an early checkin as well which was great for our stay. Beds were comfortable!

We made our own breakfast, in a well equipped kitchen. Coffee and treats for a local bakery were provided. Everything was clean and modern with nice decorations. Instructions for checking in and out were easily available.

Just love this place - second time I have booked it now. Wonderful location - so nice to be able to walk along the waterfront. Near to great restaurants. Clean and so comfortable. This time it was just me - but I loved the space to work at the table, relax on the couch and loved the shower too.

You had everything you needed there, in the kitchen including coffee and different types of tea! Very nice setup with back deck and barbecue, even extra propane tank so you don’t run out. Close to everything with great restaurants and little shops, strolls along the waterfront was pleasant.

Such a cute motel. Vibe was amazing, so quiet too. Comfy rooms with all the amenities you need and more . Stay were over the top exuding customer service and so personable . Within a 10 minute walk to downtown to lots of excellent restaurants and shops. Across from Thornbury brewery too! Can walk to the harbour which was a bonus! Definitely recommend and will go again.

Meaford is a hidden gem. They have the beautiful harbour, walking trails, new library, great shops, restaurants and Meaford Hall with first rate entertainment. If you are lucky to be there on market day check out the local fresh produce, crafts and butter tarts.
Check out The Red Door Pub and The Dam Pub for great food. Tilleys has an awesome breakfast and really reasonable. In fact I don't know how they keep their prices so affortable.
You can walk everywhere and with the price of gas that is wonderful. We ate well during our stay but we walked off those extra calories. The people around town were amazingly friendly. Be proud Meaford.

It is was Monday so a lot was closed including eating facilities we would have gone to....we went to Thornbury for dinner.
I love Meaford and would highly recommend visiting but careful accommodations especially if you have a dog.

The price was so good that we expected something mediocre...
The price was so good that we expected something mediocre but were pleasantly surprised. The room had been recently renovated and looked brand new. Super clean and comfortable! Great deal! The only con was that no tea bags or sugar was supplied.
Basic motel that was comfortable, and just on the edge of downtown Meaford. So easy walk to everything.
Motel staff and occupants were excellent.
There is an onsite restaurant that has daily deals, eg: all you can eat ribs
Hotel appeared to be undergoing major renovations, so not 100% to our liking on first visit. Nice outdoor patio space for on-site Red Door Pub and Grill...delicious and plentiful dinner items ordered.
