I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough! First and foremost, the location is unbeatable – it's within walking distance to everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Whether you’re looking for shops, restaurants, or local attractions, everything is just a short stroll away.
The hotel’s kitchen is another standout feature. It's fully equipped, which made preparing meals during our stay a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised to find they even provided a dishwasher and pods, making cleanup easy and hassle-free.
During the winter, the heated pool and hot tub were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It was such a treat to relax in warm water, especially in the chilly weather!
The hotel was spotless throughout, and it was clear they take cleanliness seriously. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the staff – they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.
All in all, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. This hotel offers great value for the price, and it ticks all the boxes for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.
The accommodations were better than expected. Beautiful decor and extremely clean. Spacious with two largely rooms and a view plus a large private bathroom!
Comfy bed, perfect heating, hardwood floors and character everywhere! 12” baseboards, Victorian trim around doors and windows all in pristine condition. Victorian tin ceilings on the main level. Views from breakfast room and our bedroom on a picturesque pond and hills and a horse farm.
Josline was fantastic, a wonderful lady with a warm welcoming spirit! Very helpful! 8 klms to Thornbury. We ate at Fabbrica there and the food was gourmet. We were on the covered heated patio
