It is nice place to visit in winter but I have been using booking.com since year 2012 for my trips. So far I have been visited more than 20 countries but i will soon switch my reservation to another service campany . Why booking.com give rating high if they don’t provide facilities to customers.

Good location near Blue Mountain and private ski hills.
Good location near Blue Mountain and private ski hills. All the expected city amenities. Nice shopping on the main drag (Hurontario Street). Most of the usual chain restaurants with a smattering of special smaller independent places.

I have been going to Collingwood for most of my life 70+ years and really have seen the changes over the years.
Very gentrified and to some that may seem too much change, but life
is about change and boy has this placed changed.
Beautiful walk at night along Pine Street with homes tastefully lit up.

Blue mtn is always beautiful.
Blue mtn is always beautiful.
Event we came for was all outdoors so we needed to be dressed warmer.
Hotel was a bit too far from the mountains, closer you get the more expensive it tends to be.
Awesome weekend away overall.

Everything was close by.
Everything was close by. We enjoyed the adventure park and the special night light show. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Another nice town is Thornbury 15 minutes away. If I had more time I’d definitely go on some of the hiking trails.

Be honest on your description as the property was a mess and under construction; was not kept well and no options to move at no extra charge after seeing the property; there was rubbish everywhere and the outdoor pool was disgusting. I have photos, very disappointed.

Super nice upon walking into the hotel, super quiet and clean. Walking into our room was so nice to see how clean and all the amenities we get with our suite. The bed was super comfortable and everything was just adding up to the best stay. Overall was the best hotel I’ve stayed in!!
New, clean hotel. Had a pool and hot tub, the area was clean and warm. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel for continental. Great choices and had gluten free options for a family member. Great reception area where the kids could play cards and the adults could hang out.
Value for money and central location. I have stayed at several hotels in Collingwood during the ski seasons. Some have been cheaper other more expensive, with more facilities. Comfort Inn provides the perfect compromise and is my go to hotel for skiing at Blue.
The place was clean, spacious and came equipped with all basic kitchen items, linen and towels, etc. The location is close to downtown collingwood and blue mountain village
The owner was quick to respond to all our queries.
