Set on 2 acres of gardens featuring native trees, tulips, roses and fruit trees, the spacious grounds include a covered BBQ area with picnic tables. Everything was perfect,heating sistem,bathroom and kitchen. The man at the reception was very kind and explain us everything. Price was perfect and location just 5 minutes walking to town centre!

Yuki is easy to deal with, the location of the motel is opposite to the river. Our parking is a little bit small but really appreciate the free parking provided by the motel.
It's a lovely motel. Comfy bed, clean and very friendly owners. Free parking on site. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.
We mainly chose Airport Gateway Motor Lodge because we were on a flight the next day and the motel provided shuttle service to the nearby airport. All rooms had kitchenette and living room so it was very comfortable, except for the very weird doors. We had a wonderful dinner in the very popular adjoining restaurant that night and that was definitely a plus.
I only stayed one night, perfectly suited for what I needed. Cooking faculties good, bed nice and comfy. Free parking in motel car park. Good location, could walk to Caroline Bay penguin viewing spot, and also could walk to town centre and restaurants. Good sound proofing, it’s in the main road but could barely hear traffic. Staff very nice too.
Wonderful friendly receptionist who freely gave helpful information regarding activities and dining. Plus the Motel had great tourist handouts re sights etc in the area and on the road .

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel room. Comfy bed. Super friendly staff. Limited off street parking, but also some free parking on the road outside the hotel.
Location excellent to location of Southern Cross hospital but also central to other facilities. Free parking. Rooms small but perfect for a couple especially with separate bedroom. Although an older motel, very well kept. Would stay again.
This is a decent motel just on the edge of Fox Glacier Town about 6 kms from Lake Matheson on the road to the Glacier Viewpoint and as a result its location suited us fine. It's handy for the town but we were self catering. There's just enough in the kitchenette to do this successfully but there's only 2 of everything. The room was comfortable, the bathroom adequate - what you'd expect in a standard motel though there were some good quality toiletries to make a bit of a difference. Staff were helpful.
It was very modern and clean. Wonderful view & well stocked kitchen for the guests. Although there were limited parks at the hostel, there was plenty of free parking on the road
