Shepherds Tree Game Reserve is a lodge concession, located on the south western portion of the Pilanesberg Game Reserve and 18 km away from Sun City. Very clean, great staff!, amazing atmosphere, great food!

The lodge is a bit off the main road, but the small efforts are worth it. From the main gate you have to drive another 5 km to the lodge, but once arrived, you find a stunning place. The spacious main house with the restaurant is nicely decorated and the cottages are just beautiful. In the early evening lots of animals came to the small water hole right in front of us. We saw many antelopes (Elen, Kudu, Oryx and Springbok) and a huge herd of buffalos. The beds were huge and comfy, WiFi worked pretty well and the breakfast was good.

With Molatedi Dam reachable in 39 km, Rockfig Lodge Madikwe provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and a shared lounge. I love that this lodge is on the small side, which makes it feel more private. Less people around, less people in your game drive vehicle, and more one-on-one attention from the staff.

Situated in Madikwe Game Reserve, Tau Game Lodge provides luxury accommodation with air conditioning and access to a private deck. Complimentary WiFi is available. Fantastic stay for our first Safari ever. Madikwe is very rich regarding wildlife and Tau Game Lodge offered a truly luxurious experience. Food was exceptional and staff was as friendly and as competent as it can be. In contrast to other lodges, Tau is situated right at the biggest water hole of Madikwe, so it is not just you heading to the animals during Your Game drives but the animals also come visit You during Your stay at the lodge. Be prepared to have an "Elephant in the (Hotel) room". Literally.

Impodimo Game Lodge provides luxury accommodation with private deck in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve. Emerging from a "health blackhole" Impodimo is the absolute desirable light in the tunnel to ensure that you start your journey to recuperate. We found that no request we possibly had were a bridge too far for the staff and this includes all staff.

Milorho Lodge is located in the Rietfontein area near Rustenburg on the slopes of the Magaliesburg mountains. It offers self-catering cottages. The cleanliness of the cottage. I love the serenity, tranquility and peacefulness of the area. We will definitely come back for a weekend. Thanks for your hospitality Renee, it was an amazing experience.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Ukutula Lion Lodge is located in Brits. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. The accommodation will provide you with air conditioning and a terrace. We had a great time in Ukutula, it was so nice and peaceful to be in the middle of nature and hear the lions roaring at night from our room. The staff and facilities were great and we loved our tour and activities with the lions and other big cats the following day.

Set in the Black Rhino Game Reserve, Morokolo Safari Lodge Self-catering offers an outdoor pool with view of the Pilanesberg Mountains and a hot tub. Great spacious executive suite, very well equipped with everything, e.g. the kitchen utilities are high quality, very comfortable, nicely designed site, pool can be used, firewood existing, very friendly and flexible and capable stuff - allowed a late check-out, provided great safaris incl. explanations. Highly recommended!

Situated in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve, this luxurious campsite features air-conditioned tent suites with a private patio. Aha Thakadu River Camp is one of those places where you can find a great safari combined with the comfort of a camp with all the small extras that make you feel at home. Great staff willing to help out and service aboove and beyond. Great safari game rides with excellent guides that explain all along the rides. Superb and diverse food served at lunch and dinner. We stayed at a very nice luxury tent on the river. Had a great time.
