All meals are included at Tau Game Lodge, as well as 2 safaris per night booked. The lodges are really nice, strategically located in front of a waterhole that attracts various species of animals. The staff was nice and helpful and the food was delicious. All the game drives have been incredibile, we've seen a lot of animals and different landscapes. A special thank you to our ranger James who is very passionate and knowledgeable about the reserve's wildlife and made every single drive an unforgettable experience. I higly recommend.

Impodimo Game Lodge provides luxury accommodation with private deck in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve.

The air-conditioned suites at Impodimo Game Lodge are decorated in neutral tones and offer a fireplace and en suite bathroom with additional outdoor shower. Do not hesitate – book this property right away! It was by far the most exceptional travel we have ever done (and we travel quite a bit). The lodge is absolutely gorgeous and I’d like to highlight that the pictures DO NOT do justice to the actual look of the place. The safari rides are exceptional and Madikwe is truly a beautiful reserve. From game drives, to brunch, high tea, dinner, massage, library with tons of books, chessboards available for random games, swimming pools, lounges around the lodge… you will never be bored and will be left with tons of memories. Finally to conclude - we would like to particularly highlight the STAFF, possibly the best experience we ever had. Our ranger Ryan has shown exceptional professionalism & impeccable service in everything he was doing. We were touched by his passion for his job and animals, and truly felt like we were going on drives with a living encyclopedia, amazing! We always felt safe during the rides and overall very well taken care of – from the first moment we got to know him, to the “good-mood wake up calls at 4:30am”, until the very last transfer to our airplane back to Johannesburg where he “winged at us” while we were taking off. Linda has been wonderful in welcoming us to the property, teaching us about baboons and elephants around the lodge and joking around with us. Spa, the executive chef, delivered the most amazing dishes, showed us the wine cave and was really looking after every experience with great attention and amiability. The overall staff taking care of the kitchen and rooms were wonderful with a true 5 stars attention to detail and care, with a welcome drink at any point in time. You know what we mean when one week after the trip, we are STILL talking about the Impodimo lodge and its wonderful team. Thank you!

Milorho Lodge is located in the Rietfontein area near Rustenburg on the slopes of the Magaliesburg mountains. It offers self-catering cottages.

A sun terrace is available on site and both cycling, rock pools and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of Milorho Lodge. The cleanliness of the cottage. I love the serenity, tranquility and peacefulness of the area. We will definitely come back for a weekend. Thanks for your hospitality Renee, it was an amazing experience.

Aha Thakadu River Camp is one of those places where you can find a great safari combined with the comfort of a camp with all the small extras that make you feel at home. Great staff willing to help out and service aboove and beyond. Great safari game rides with excellent guides that explain all along the rides. Superb and diverse food served at lunch and dinner. We stayed at a very nice luxury tent on the river. Had a great time.
