Very nice, clean and modern little cottage in the middle of nowhere (with 11 other cottages). Very clean and well equipped and with big floor to ceiling windows giving nice light and a very beautiful view of the mountains and grasslands. Parking right in front and easy access with code to key. We absolutely loved it. Very quiet with only bird sounds. Best place we stayed while in Iceland.

The location was great due to its close proximity to Seljalandsfoss. The views from the windows overlooking other waterfalls was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the house was spacious.

The cabin was big and spacious. The decor was charming and cozy. The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable, and we felt completely comfortable and at ease during our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Located in Hvolsvöllur in the South Iceland region, Hamar - Puffin Cottages & Rooms provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property was out in the middle of a dark area and was beautiful during sunrise. Unfortunately, the Northern Lights did not come out that we noticed but if they did it would have been the perfect spot to see them. It was an overall good stay and hosts were friendly and provided a small cook top area.
