Lambhus Glacier View Cabins is situated 30 km west of Höfn and features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. the location and views are excellent, the way you can feel the owner care about you by making sure (even if you did not see any staff), all your needs are attended to in the room - number of clean towels, good linen used on the bed, making sure the cabin is clean and everything is working (nothing is broken), enough racks in the shower/bathroom to put your things despite the small size, making sure the cabin is warm when you arrive, making sure you know where to get your keys, the cabins are tastefully done.

Easy access even in winter. Perfect place to stop if you are planning a trip in the south of Iceland. Easy communication with staff and they were very helpful with late check-in. Too bad our trip was very short but looking forward to stay there again. If weather allows, definitely the place to watch the northern lights.

Really huge small cottage, it fitted super for me being alone. I loved the position out of the town centre really quite and with a spectacular view. I was by walk so it is not a problem to move around if you like to walk, the island is small and the owner kindly picked me up at the port and stored my bagagges the last day, as well she dropped them to the portme to the port, so I was able to enjoy all the day of the departure, she was really kind and helpful! I recommend

Even the internet is good at that remote place.
