Situated 2.9 km from Negra Beach, Sonora Jungle & Yoga Retreat offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The grounds were stunning especially the pool area. But needed more sun loungers.

Located in Puerto Viejo, Casa Viva Lodge provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a private beach area and a terrace. Host vas very polite and provided helpful hints on places in the surroundings, confortable cabin and direct access to the beach.

Located in Cahuita, 300 metres from Negra and 26 km from Jaguar Rescue Center, Wildlife Lodge Cahuita provides accommodation with free WiFi, a garden with a terrace, and access to a sauna. Fabulous place. Here are Elwira and Marco. When we got there we saw amazing cabins in a wonderful garden. This is a really magic place to stay. Garden with beautiful flowers, medicine herbs and trees. We saw howler monkeys, white faced capuchin monkeys, toucans, green and black poisonous dart frog, butterflys, sloths. Nearby there was a beautiful beach. The Host of this great place, Fernando was very friendly, helpful. He has a great knowledge of nature of this place and all Costa Rica. During our stay Fernando made a chocolate day. He showed us all process of making chocolate, from the roasting cacao beans to the making chocolate bars. It was wonderful experience. Featuring garden views, Satta Lodge in Puerto Viejo features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. It was an amazing place in the jungle, yet close to the main road and Puerto Viejo. Breakfast was always fresh, with delicious smoothies and crepes. All the staff members and owners were super nice and showed us attention. The villa was well equipped, comfortable and very clean.

Set in Puerto Viejo in the Limon region and Manzanillo Beach reachable within 400 metres, Congo Bongo EcoVillage Costa Rica offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free... Everything! It was like we were in the jungle on our own, the houses are very well set out so you really feel like no one else is around. Walking through the jungle to the beach was also a great experience and our house seemed to come with a dog that showed us the way to the beach and then to the little town area which was so cute... of a night the howler monkeys were so noisy but what an experience!

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. The location is serene, beautiful, quiet and directly across from the beach. Yellow cottage was fantastic with the big covered porch. The owners Marise and Peter wonderful and so helpful with taxi, tours. It is like a nature preserve.

El Passion Fruit Lodge està situat a 5 km de Cahuita, a la regió de Limón. L'establiment es troba a 18 km de Puerto Viejo i a 20 km de Cocles. Everything. The Nature, pool, the house and the area. The owners were just so welcoming and relaxed.
