There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. We have stayed in many different places in La fortuna area and for one day we stayed in the tree house in Rio celeste area(limit 100$ per day). We did not want leave. This stay was by far better for a similar price. More comfy bed, clean soft towels, tasty food, nice idea of being elevated while watching birds in trees.

Vegetarian and dairy-free options can also be requested. Eduardo and Cires (the owners) were absolutely amazing. They were super nice, helped us with advice for our stay whenever we needed it and just overall made the stay a great experience. The included breakfast (made by them) also super tasty and they served a generous portion. Also it's possible to get your clothes washed (they even folded it) and they provide towels. Great value overall. The chalet is simple but very nice, you go to sleep and wake up with the sounds of nature. The free frog tour in the propriety is a nice extra touch, you can see how much they care about they're land and love nature. It is more than just a frog tour, it's an experience to learn about a different way to look at the world (at least it was for us).

Close to La Fortuna and far enough away that you were out of the busyness. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make simple meals. King bed was comfortable. The view of Arenal Volcano was amazing when it wasn’t too cloudy. The patio was sheltered from the rain so you could still enjoy coffee outside in the morning. Property felt secure with remote control opening and closing.

The people from the lodge (Ericka) very nice and helpful.Two places to observe the birds, like tucans. The open dinning room has a very beautiful view on the garden and birds. The boat ride with Kevin and the kayak tour with Alan were just amazing. the open bathroom of our room was amazing as well!!
