Staff were so friendly and did everything they could to make sure we saw the best of Hanoi! They helped us organise day trips and gave us a huge list of restaurants/cafes to try. The breakfast was also really good, such a wide range to choose from! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Hanoi!

The hotel’s location was perfect for seeing the Old Quarter and being right in the middle of the action of Hanoi. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially David, who arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport when we arrived and also a day trip to Ha Long Bay and a night bus to Sapa. We would definitely stay there again.

everything - large family room with great views
sky bar on 34th floor served the best to share platters we’ve had in Vietnam - again amazing views of the city . The swimming pool was lovely and it’s long enough to have a proper swim just before the huge spread at breakfast ! within walking distance of the Imperial citadel , just across the bridge and other side of river . lively town at night .
Hotel is clean , beds are comfortable and staff were very helpful. Staff arranged a driver for us to go to the pagoda, Minh Man tomb and Imperial citadel . The same driver drove us via the Hai Van Pass to DaNang . There are ATMs close by and lots of local coffee shops . The night walking street is a short taxi ride away . The pool is great and was a welcome relief from the 42c heat.

The hotel is a 4-star one with incredible value-for-money: excellent and varied breakfast, comfortable room, convenient location with lots of restaurants and cafés. Moreover, one can reach the Imperial Citadel in 15 minutes on foot.
Incredibly sumptuous hotel close by the Imperial Citadel - What's not to like. Hotel food was excellent, great hotel bar for a relaxing drink after the sights. Beautiful clean, comfortable and spacious room.
Perfect location for visiting the imperial citadel, staff were really helpful and we were able to store our bags in the morning before checking in.
We visited on our honeymoon and they made the room look really special.

The hotel is very close to the nightlife and restaurants in Hue, and not too far from the Imperial Citadel (20 minutes walk). The staff are very friendly and provide an excellent service. Breakfast was very good.
We had a wonderful stay at the The Scarlett Boutique Hotel. The hotel is within a 15 minute walk to the Imperial Citadel and in the centre of Hue. The breakfast was excellent and you ordered your choices the evening before. The staff were helpful lending us umbrellas when it rained and allowing us to leave our bags in the hotel until it was time to leave.
This is a "design hotel" meaning that it has been designed by an architect. Such hotels tend to priorize design over practicity... for instance the shower had no door, so every time you shower you tsunami the bathroom ;) Apart from this, the hotel is very fine, breakfast is excellent, wifi is very fast, staff is lovely and attentive, location is ideal (10 mins walking to the Imperial Citadel).
Location is fine; in a street with a few other hotels, within reasonable distance from the Imperial Citadel (count 20-30 mins walk to get there)
Staff is very helpful, one lady in particular (in glasses) had excellent English and provided us with all the help we needed
