Nicholas at the reception was particularly helpful when we checked in and even afterward during our stay.. He accepted to make a dinner reservation for us and called on our behalf.

It was such a beautiful stay for a very affordable price. The staff welcomed us with the most amazing attitude from the moment we walked in, they offered us a refreshing drink and made the whole check-in process a breeze. They decorated our room beautifully and happily answered our questions about things to do around Hanoi. The room was very spacious, clean, and the sound-proofing of the windows kept the busy street sounds away. The location is conveniently in the heart of the old quarter, only about 5-10 min from attractions like Train Street. I would love to stay here again!

Hotel is centrally located and is easy to walk most places from it. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. From a welcome drink, to assistance with bags, to calling the elevator for us, they were ready and eager to assist. Additionally, they were helpful in contacting our Tour driver, to ensure they were prepared to help us load onto the van. They also delivered our same day laundry from a local family around the corner to our room. The airport shuttle is very reasonably priced and was a nice, relaxing ride. The hotel is older and the rooms are aged, but the bedding is clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location, especially for its price point.

The hotel itself is historical, with an archive exhibit. It's like entering a museum already. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect going to the Imperial Citadel, a bug grocery and the river.
Well located, within a 10 minute walk of the river walk and a 30-35 minute walk of the imperial citadel. Close to good restaurants, including Nook Eatery. Free breakfast was convenient and you could order as much as you want. Two free small waters provided. Staff was nice. Room had a fridge and hot water kettle and was clean.

Hotel was perfectly located right next to the Imperial Citadel. Easy walking to lots of restaurants, shopping, and the old town of Hue. The rooms themselves were beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, comfortable beds, nice amenities. We loved the orange color of the hotel and the layout. The pool looked nice too, wish we had had time to use it. Breakfast was a good inclusion, great traditonal Vietnamese coffee!

Perfect accommodation for a stay in Hue, very well located not far from the imperial citadel, and great food options, and an attentive and responsive staff. Quyen kindly helped me with many things, from great local food recommendations, and fairly priced car bookings for visiting historical sites and going to Danang. Very clean, simple and comfortable rooms. Tasty craft beers and local spirits are a plus. Greatest value for money I had in a while. Thank you so much!
I chose this hotel because it's ancient, 120 year old until now,
It locates very central, faced 4 main roads, opposite Perfume River and Truong Tien bridge, very close to main attractions like Imperial Citadel, Dong Ba market, ... so that I can reach them easily by walk or cycle that very popular of tourist here (I love the feelling sitting on a cycle and very slowly enjoy the city).
