The staff are very helpful and friendly, all the way from reception, room and restaurant. Foods at the restaurant are delicious too. Walking distance to the railway which is convenient for tourist to take photo and I enjoy the walk back to the hotel after the puppet show near the famous lake. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The staff were so attentive and even helped us plan our transfer to the next place we were going to, we got an upgrade on arrival and our room was so beautiful! Really nice homestays with nice and helpful hosts. The place is located in walkable distance from the main streets and Imperial Citadel. Rooms are cleaned and spacious. We got nice tips and recommendations from the host! It was a really nice stay in Hue!
everything - large family room with great views
sky bar on 34th floor served the best to share platters we’ve had in Vietnam - again amazing views of the city . The swimming pool was lovely and it’s long enough to have a proper swim just before the huge spread at breakfast ! within walking distance of the Imperial citadel , just across the bridge and other side of river . lively town at night .
Hotel is clean , beds are comfortable and staff were very helpful. Staff arranged a driver for us to go to the pagoda, Minh Man tomb and Imperial citadel . The same driver drove us via the Hai Van Pass to DaNang . There are ATMs close by and lots of local coffee shops . The night walking street is a short taxi ride away . The pool is great and was a welcome relief from the 42c heat.

Perfect location for visiting the imperial citadel, staff were really helpful and we were able to store our bags in the morning before checking in.

Good location for shopping/cafes/restaurants. Pleasant walk to Imperial Citadel (approx 30 mins) across Bridge or take a GRAB taxi/scooter. Clean hotel, pleasant staff and good continental breakfast. Room and ensuite with bath good size. As a sole traveller I felt safe.
This is a remarkable place about 2.5 kms from the Imperial Citadel. It is an excellent home with a lovely garden. The hosts were gracious and extremely helpful. A bonus is a meeting the host's father, a real-life hero of the Vietnam War who was later involved in conservation of the nation's cultural heritage.
