The hotel is across the road from Shinagawa Station which meant access to most of Tokyo was relatively easy.
The hotel and the environs have a good selection of restaurants which meant not having to travel far for meals.
We had a beautiful view! Location was perfect, Shinagawa Station just across the street, easy to catch Yamanote Line and Narita Express. Shops, 7-11, food court and even a bowling alley were conveniently located in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choices.
Nicer and larger than the other typical hotels we stayed in on our trip. Short walks to the Takanawa Gateway and Shinagawa stations for access to the rest of Tokyo. Easy access to Haneda airport. Very helpful front desk staff.
A short walk from Shinagawa station. OK sized room for Tokyo standards. As usual, everything worked. Could even open the window (takes some experience to do it) and listen to all the trains pass by.
It’s a short walk from Shinagawa Station. The guesthouse is located on the cutest street/alley way with many local eateries/restaurants/coffee shops and a supermarket. Very old Japan neighborhood feel. Family Mart and local supermarket open until 24:00. So convenient!! The block is also very quiet.
We like the location from the Monorail to and from the airport. We like the shuttle every 10mins to and from Shinagawa Station. We like the breakfast buffet included. We like the food choices in breakfast. We like the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Special mention to Andres who attended to me when we were checking in.
Out of 10 being the highest - The location 10 (3 mintes walk, if that, to Shinagawa Station, a major hub in Tokyo). Breakfast 10 (partly because of the out of the oven, fantastic croissants & fresh made smoothies delivered to the table, daily; Japanese, Chinese, and Continental elements; made to order station with great chefs). Wide open, high ceiling lounge for breakfast 10. Very quiet room 10. Good view 10. Laundry service 10. Ease of checking out 10.
