A nice peaceful location with quite a few options to eat and drink around the hotel. The hotel had a cafe of its own, which looked quite good, though we never really eat at hotels we stay in. 2 easy to access stations, Onarimon is a 4-6 min walk, while Shimbashi is around a 10 min walk. Both Tokyo tower and Zozo-ji is really close and makes for a nice walk. Tsukiji market takes around 30mins to get to on foot, but we enjoyed the walk and built up quite the appetite.
The property is well taken care of, very polite staff, the room though a bit small was comfortable and exceptionally clean, the daily room make over is real bonus here. 1899 specialises in Tea and I would recommend to all tea aficionados to give It try.

Location is fantastic, near to Shimbashi station and very close to Ginza shopping area and the Palace. Also near to many many restaurant options.

The BEST thing about this hotel is the view from the rooms - gorgeous view (rooms start on the 20th floor, so taller than the surrounding buildings) towards the south.
Trainspotters will love the constant trains pulling in and out of Shimbashi station nearby (but there is no noise in the rooms).

As many have mentioned, the hotel is well appointed and has a classy atrium/entrance area. Convenience store located on premises was a huge plus. Very convenient location about 10 mins walk from Shinagawa station.
Loved staying together rather than split in 2 hotel rooms ( family of four, 2 teens), had everything we needed, handy access to Yahiro train station only a couple of stops from Sky Tree and easy to get to Shinagawa station to catch the Shinkansen. Had stayed in Shinjuku previously and staying here was perfect for our second trip to Tokyo.
Such a luxurious hotel right next to Shinagawa station. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything you may need. Being basically in Shinagawa station was so helpful coming from Narita airport and was well connected to the rest of Tokyo. The bathtub was spacious and luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed in in Japan and we will definitely be staying again next time we come to Tokyo.
FLEXSTAY INN Shinagawa is very conveniently located, next to Shinagawa station and it provides a quick overnight stay if you're landing late in Tokyo. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel very clean and well equipped. The temperature controls.
A very convenient stay as it's right by Ōimachi Station which is one stop from Shinagawa Station. Check in is via ipad which was easy enough to figure out. Check in time is very strict but they recommend lockers nearby if needed. Room was small but had everything you needed - great price for the location.
