The breakfast was amazing, so many options and cooked fresh on the spot, the staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Also the entire hotel was exceptional, loved the decor and again the staff was probably the best helpful staff that I have ever met, they always had a smile.

Like most AirBNBs, there is no room service. This is not a traditional hotel, however if you do encounter an issue, you can call the staff and they will send someone. We had issues with the heat (our fault... everything is written in Japanese and we didn't know how to operate the thermostat properly, but we figured it out. Google Translate was immensely useful). .
Toilet has a heated bidet, which is nice. Shower stall a bit small but functional. Water got warm quickly.
Plenty of charging outlets with American style outlet sockets.
TV was a smart TV, and if you have subscription, you can watch Netflix or Prime Video. Just be sure to sign out of the streaming service before you leave (previous room tenants did not, but we signed them out).
Note: if you are American, most ATMs won't accept your debit cards, but 7-11 ATMs will.
Overall, not a bad stay but there is some room for improvement.

Amazing location near subway and shopping and entertainment.
My room had a good view overseeing the Tokyo Metropolitan buildings. The hotel is only about 10 minutes of walk from the Shinjuku station and there is an underground passageway that lead from the main station to the hotel. This is important during winter time as it gets cold above ground. Oedo line is the closest one to this hotel.
There are multiple restaurants within the hotel which makes eating locally easy.
This hotel was 5 minutes from the South Entrance to Shinjuku station. It's also on the quiet side of Shinjuku. If you want to stay in this area but not be in the wild area this is a good location. Easy train access and grocery stores all around. Clean rooms and they have a large assortment of amenities they provide if you forgot something. They also provide pajamas but most Japanese hotels do that.
Clean and luxurious feel. We had the best views both day and night from the 32nd floor of the west side of Tokyo. Big lobby and helpful staff. Our room was big for 2 twin beds compared to other hotel options. Daily room freshening was a plus. 2 restaurants on site. And more restaurants in building and a 7 eleven, too. I like the size of the room, bigger than most hotels in tokyo. The room very clean, bathroom was newly renovated. Location also convenient, 15-20 min walk from Shinjuku Station West Gate. Breakfast was also excellent. Quality and taste really good. Hotel Staffs most of them are very friendly and helpful.
The location was great! Just a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The amenities are plentiful, and there are lot of restaurants within a short walk. The staff is very helpful and helped us send our luggage to the next hotel.
Although we can take the bus to go to the Shinjuku Station, it was great that the hotel was near to the subway stations such as the Tokyo Metro Line and JR lines. Moreover, staffs were approachable whenever we needed our things.

I think this hotel is the best overall value in Tokyo. The Kabukicho location may not be for everyone but it’s very convenient, and central, and FWIW quite lively. Close to Shinjuku station, around the corner from Shinjuku city, and within walking distance of good shopping, city parks, interesting eats. I love the Godzilla theme. Rooms are very clean. The smallest rooms are a bit cramped, so we went with bigger rooms with multiple beds. There is access to a fully stocked gym about 150m away. We have stayed here for 3 different visits.
Second time in japan, first time staying in Shinjuku, I can easily say that this was the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is awesome, only two stops from shinjuku station (the hotel itself is a 5 minutes walk from Odeo line station, and also you could easily walk to shinjuku station if you'd like, it's about 20 minutes walk through a beautiful park).
The staff was absolutely incredible, helpful and kind.
