Flower Terrace is accessible to many amenities, restaurants and convenient stores. MRT is just few steps away. The hotel is located in Shinjuku which is a busy area but the room is not facing the busy street so it is quiet. The room has bidet toilet, kitchenette (but we did not use), washing machine which is an added convenience....you can dry your clothes by hanging them in the shower room using the warm/hot dry mode. Also, washing machine detergent is provided. Instructions are in English so you won't be confused. Additional disposable slippers and toothbrush are provided in case you forgot to bring them. Complimentary coffee (you have to steep it yourself) is also available in the room.

Location was close to portions of the Shinjuku station. There is a small bar and restaurant as part of the hotel as well. Was able to enjoy Japan made microbrews. Our room was comfortable and everything worked well.
The location is great, very near the Shinjuku station, just 3min from subway. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around, it's very lively at night. But the hotel is very quiet.
Bakery downstairs was great. Lobby area lively and hip, but it is window dressing that isn't important to your stay. Basically, this hotel does the job, but isn't great. Location is fine, but it is 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Go see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory, it is 10 minute walk and worth it.

the location is great, only 7 minutes walk to the LOVE statue where we booked our daily tour, and 8 minutes walk to Shinjuku station and short walk to junctions where the crowds are but the hotel is very quiet. Around the hotel you can also easily find small local restaurants and convenient stores.
Nice hotel at a great location just 5 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. Room size is ok, enough for our family of 4 with a lot of luggage. Beds are really comfy and bathroom was exceptionally clean and nice.
This hotel is very conveniently located near the Shinjuku station. This makes it very easy to get around Tokyo while also providing plenty of things to do right outside the door. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight of our stay.

The welcome drink in the lounge was a nice surprise especially after a long, hot day of travel.
The location was phenomenal- very close to Shinjuku Station and tons of restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary toiletries and tea was a plus. I really enjoyed that the airport bus picked up right in front of the hotel which made getting to Haneda so easy.
