This was a great hotel to experience Shibuya. Very central, with easy access to Shibuya but also very close to the subway to see other areas of Tokyo. The rooms were very clean and quiet with no noise from the surrounding area or trains. Would stay here again

An outstanding experience - spacious arrival area. Felt like we were the only ones at the hotel - meet and greet to the check in was super. The Junior corner suite was amazing - it was beyond expectation and every little touch was superb. Special surprise for my wife on her birthday, everything you want in a 5-star experience. Bath was lovely, bed comfy, touches were sublime and food was amazing - room service; breakfast; just lovely. Cannot understate the tremendous stay here.

Perfect location - For anyone traveling to Tokyo and staying in Shinjuku I highly recommend!! Have stayed in a few different places and this one was the best of all. Modern & clean lobby, the rooms were a reasonable size compared to other hotels in Tokyo, close to restaurants and cafes, very short walk to Shinjuku station. I will 100% stay again next time and will recommend to any friends and family travelling to Tokyo.

The room didn't have room for open suitcases but for the price, no complaints. We were in Tokyo to see Tokyo, not sit in the hotel room so great value.
Location is great. Close enough to access Shinjuku's shops and restaurants. Neighborhood around the hotel is quiet and there are convenience stores near. A few meters away from Higashi-Shinjuku station which turns out to be a win if you plan to visit other popular spots. Room comes with 2 large beds and a sofa sleeper. It won't be crowded for 3-4 people, you'll have enough space to move around and open your luggages.
The hotel is located very conveniently just 2min away from Hatagaya station, which is another two stops away from Shinjuku station. There where convenience stores and restaurants in very close proximity. Also a hairdresser and a dental clinic.
The washing machines are convenient to use, and the cafe is accessible 24/7. So you can have a drink with your friends or have a beer while doing some email stuff and waiting for your laundry.

This was a good hotel for our requirements. Close to shops, facilities, and station. Family mart right downstairs and larger supermarket around the corner. Close to McDonalds, pharmacy and the station and an easy walk to Shinjuku station etc. Access to the room was easy and there is a facility to leave your bags securely if you are too early to check in. Beds are comfortable and we easily fit 2 adults and 2 children.
The hotel was very clean and the reception staff was excellent. There was a bar area downstairs where we could relax as a group without having to go out.
The location was excellent. Near Shinjuku station, which gave easy access to everywhere we wanted to go (although navigating this train station is a whole other issue), and also all the restaurants & bars of Shinjuku.

Staff are friendly, and the hotel is kept clean throughout the day! The artificial onsen is also phenomenal.
