The room design was very cool and comfortable. The pajamas were a favorite among our group. Overall the room and amenities were thoughtfully put together. The location was also great for exploring older parts of Tokyo.

Service from staff was fantastic and the entire hotel was extremely clean. Our room was quite small (we booked the smallest one) but we were expecting that - despite the size of the room, it was well laid out and the shower/bathroom was quite sizeable. Light switches by the bed and iPad control of the room was convenient. Beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Amenities provided such as toiletries and pjs. Excellent location near subway and all Asakusa has to offer.

Absolutely overrun by tourists during the day, even off-season. If you're really interested in this place, please make sure to learn about local customs, keep in mind that this is a place of worship, and then come here in the early morning to see what it can be like.
Don't be a dick. Respect that people actually come here for praying, and try not to shove your phone into their faces as they do.

Give yourself time to explore the market and shops nearby.
Give yourself time to explore the market and shops nearby. Take an opportunity to stay in the Temple complex and soak up the culture, so many visitors are in there traditional Kimonos and formal wear as this is a 'working' temple, so beautiful.

Asakusa, where the Sensoji Temple is located, is one of our favourite areas to explore. Kappabashi Street, is a colourful street of beautiful kitchen knives, bowls, tea & sake cups, kitchen goods, and more. Beyond the main roads, its feels very livable and comfortable, with small local shops to discover.

The oldest temple in Japan I read (or maybe the oldest Buddhist temple in Japan). A beautiful temple complex and one of the prime sights of Tokyo. I was lucky enough to be staying a couple of minutes walk away, so walked through it or past it every day of my stay.

The Kaminarimon Gate and temple grounds are always open so when it's HOT and HUMID during the day, we visited many of these during the twilight and evening hours. Many are well lit and beautiful at night. Or early mornings!

The staffs are super friendly. Room is not brand new but kept very clean. The hostel is near Sensoji temple and famous spots of Asakusa, so you can just walk and explore many cool things around.
Fantastic view of Tokyo Tower and Sensoji Temple from our corner room. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location only 5 minutes from the temple gate and Asakusa station. Really enjoyed breakfast and views from reception/ restaurant on the 13th floor.
Close to transportation. Lot of stores. Many options of restaurants. Close to Sensoji temple and sky tree. Reception staff was nice in special Mr Kim that help us with our accommodation and always kind and friendly.
Good location in asakusa , 120 meters away from sensoji temple, only thing if you need to go to shibuya or shinjuku side you need to walk 900meters to get to the metro line. The kitchen has all amenities, very good rooms with only 6 people in 1 room , bathroom are neat and clean
location was very strategic, walking distance to all Asakusa main sites like Sensoji Temple, Sumida river, shopping and Tobu Nikko line for those who want a travel off the city. Very accessible place and lots of food options. Gyukatsu is super close
Nestled in the heart of Asakusa, easily walkable to Sensoji Temple and surrounding shops and restaurants. Clean room with unique combination of Japanese and Western elements, twin size is perfect for one guest. Onsen was high quality and easy to track occupancy via TV. Free ice cream, Yakult, and ramen were nice perks.
