Stayed there for two days. Don’t recommend to families with children expect for the location. Attached photo taken when we checked in. Not the first impression we wanted. Bunch of hair spotted in the bathroom when we moved the stool. Reported to the staff, and just said sorry. Paid the full amount and at check out paid for additional hour too.
Breakfast was small but good. Location was great, the only major plus.

Our stay at the KOKO hotel was absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness and overall quality of the hotel were top-notch. What really impressed me was the fact that the room had its own kitchenette and a washing machine. It was so convenient to be able to prepare my own meals and do our laundry right in the comfort of my room.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their helpful attitude really added to the overall positive experience.

This was a perfect spot for a family with kids. The room was comfortable for us to be in -- not huge (but it's Japan!) The bunk beds worked well for the kids. Loved that there was a washer/dryer in the room. Close to all that Asakusa has to offer and a block off the kitchen street! Very convenient. The staff was helpful with keeping our luggage (as we arrived early) and helping to send to our next hotel.

Absolutely overrun by tourists during the day, even off-season. If you're really interested in this place, please make sure to learn about local customs, keep in mind that this is a place of worship, and then come here in the early morning to see what it can be like.
Don't be a dick. Respect that people actually come here for praying, and try not to shove your phone into their faces as they do.

Give yourself time to explore the market and shops nearby. Take an opportunity to stay in the Temple complex and soak up the culture, so many visitors are in there traditional Kimonos and formal wear as this is a 'working' temple, so beautiful.

Asakusa, where the Sensoji Temple is located, is one of our favourite areas to explore. Kappabashi Street, is a colourful street of beautiful kitchen knives, bowls, tea & sake cups, kitchen goods, and more. Beyond the main roads, its feels very livable and comfortable, with small local shops to discover.

The oldest temple in Japan I read (or maybe the oldest Buddhist temple in Japan). A beautiful temple complex and one of the prime sights of Tokyo. I was lucky enough to be staying a couple of minutes walk away, so walked through it or past it every day of my stay.

The Kaminarimon Gate and temple grounds are always open so when it's HOT and HUMID during the day, we visited many of these during the twilight and evening hours. Many are well lit and beautiful at night. Or early mornings!

We had a great stay, the room size was as expected (fitted family of 5 with small children), walking distance to trains, Sensoji temple, shopping complex and plenty of places to eat.
Location is good. Not quite in the thick of it but walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, trains station and Sensoji temple. Staff nice and helpful ordering a taxi and advising on luggage service. Rooms are small because it is a capsule hotel after all, but nice that they have more vertical space than others I have seen. Bathroom facilities are good and separate from the sleeping area. I have a huge suitcase and it easily fit in the storage under the bed. Very quiet and serene ambience.
Very close to Sensoji temple, literally across the road, the metro was less than 10 mins walk and lots of restaurants around. Room and bathroom was decent size so good value for money
The room is quite big and the view is good which is facing to the river. It is very close to Sensoji temple with only 5 mins walk. They allow us to store the luggage before and after check in.
1. The view from the rooftop
2. The access to both the airports-Haneda and Narita. No change of subway needed. There is a direct train from/to both the airports.
3. Nespresso machine in the room.
4. Sensoji temple is just across the road.
I was dissatisfied with the breakfast. I have booked it before for my 4 nights stay and on the website was not clear that breakfast was a la carte. I just waste my money, very few options and had to eat the same food everyday and it wasn’t good. I suggest do not pay for breakfast in advance for this hotel. The room was bigger than I expected with a beautiful view seeing sensoji temple and sky tree. 10min walk to the Asakusa station.
Really good location - 5 mins from the closest subway station and walking distance from sensoji temple, the markets and some great restaurants. Rooms are clean and staff were always friendly and helpful.
If you're a fan of manga you'll enjoy the comic panel aesthetic of the hotel. The staff all spoke English well. There are a few claw machines in the lobby if you fancy your chances, and some manga to read on the shelves. Storage is available in the lobby pre-check-in too. Every morning there are complimentary pastries as a light breakfast. The hotel is located in a great location, right near a shopping arcade and the Sensoji temple area.

Senso-ji was very busy with lots of hustle and bustle but it was great to buy 'Omikuji' (fortunes) from the stalls in the temple grounds.
