The proximity to the train station is very convenient. LOVE the amenities corner where it supplies all the beauty needs to pamper ourselves during the stay. Even though we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the afternoon tea and happy hour, but it adds additional value for the stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay at this hotel if we come back to Kyoto.

Perfect location near the train station. Never considered the spa/bathhouse when booking, but I ended up using it every night.

Excellent location across the street from Kyoto Station, Kyoto Avanti mall, and a taxi stand. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean with lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were good sized. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was also excellent and had a very wide variety of food (steak, sashimi, waffles, fruit, traditional Japanese breakfast, ice cream, etc.). We loved everything about it and would return here again!
This hotel is great. One stop off Kyoto station. It’s in a great part of Kyoto. The bus to Kiyomizu-dera is right in front of the hotel. You can even walk there. Great Japanese curry restaurant nearby. The room was way bigger than we thought it would be.
A very good hotel for a very convenient price. The room is quite big for Japan, the bathroom is of good quality. They clean the room and change towels every day. You don't get a bath robe but you get pajamas. There is an electric kettle in the room and you have free tea bags.
The breakfast in the hotel is a bit pricey but you have 7-Eleven inside the hotel where you can get everything for breakfast. The wifi in the room is fast.
The location is perfect - just 50 m from Kyoto Station. You are close to everything.
New hotel. Great service. Good location - walkable to the Kyoto station, or take a bus, if you do not fancy one mile walk. The rooms are Japan size. Comfortable for Japan beds. We would definitely stay here again while in Kyoto. Highly recommended. Short walks to local bus stops (by that I mean less a quarter mile), but we are used to longer walks. Friendly English speaking front desk.
The location was quiet and not too far from Kyoto station (10 minute walk). There was a grocery store within 5-7 minute walk. It was spacious (compared to other Japanese hotels) and had modern, minimal decor.
I LOVED this hotel!! Its amenities and offerings were such a treat and was a highlight to my first Japan trip. They had massage chairs, a hot spring, evening noodle bar, and breakfast buffet. It’s also a <10 min walk to Kyoto Station. Really great stay and 10/10 recommend!
Rooms are big compared to other hotels in Kyoto/Japan. We're able to enjoy the tasty mochi free snacks in the afternoon as well. Easy check-in and check-out. Location is just across Toji station which is one station away from Kyoto station.
Generous and delicious breakfast, comfortable room (bigger than typical Japanese hotel room I used to stay in Tokyo), free locker is provided before checkin and after checkout. The hotel is in a walking distance to and from Kyoto station and malls / convenient stores around.
Using the Japanese bathroom dryer was a experience. Great to see how Japanese compact everything into a small apartment to get you everything you need. It is also close to the Kyoto Station, Gion District, Nijo Castle, also udon noddle spot across the street from the corner of the hotel, and other Kyoto attraction/tourist spot is very close by too.
