The hotel is just across the train station so it is easy to catch public transport. The staff, the room and the facilities made our stay in Kyoto relaxing and very comfortable. Washing machines, massage chairs, gym and public baths are added bonus. The hotel also has a lot of individually wrap freebies that you can take to your room. I love using the body wash cloth and the hair tie/elastics come in handy too

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are super spacious with great facilities like the iPad for doing the lights etc.

Great location only a short walk from Kyoto station. Downstairs felt like a little oasis. Rooms were great and a decent size. They served deserts during the afternoon and drinks and snacks at night. There were also lots of information on different tourist attractions and how to get there in the reception area.

Very big rooms for Japan and I loved the soft bed sheets. Umbrellas for the rainy weather were handy.
It's not far from the Kyoto station, walk under 20min, or 5min with public transport.
The hotel offers sauna and hot pool with alternation for men and women. The pool was great and very relaxing.
Location is good and near by is train station or bus stops. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance, including the famous Nishiki Market.
Very clean spacious Japanese style room with tatami mats; Hot spring baths in the hotel; Free coffee & ice lollies; Excellent location very near Kyoto Station and Kamo River. Pricey but very sumptuous breakfast.

- The bed was larger than in other Japanese hotels.
- There is a convenient bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to Kyoto Station and other landmarks.
- There is a Seven Eleven konbini downstairs, in the same building!
- The hotel has an automated and efficient lugagge storage (free).
- There is space under the bed to store suitcases.
Great location and facilities. Big room compared to other hotels stayed in Japan. Washing machine was a great addition, and the clothes drying bathroom was nove to us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to drop bags at the guest centre near Kyoto Station was very helpful too.
The location is amazing (the kyoto station is only 10 mins by bus/20 mins by walk), a lot of bus line stops close to the hotel

The hotel is located not too far from Kyoto station and easily accessible by metro. The room was very nice, clean, bright and larger than the other rooms we stayed in Japan. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities. Wi-Fi and AC were both working well, staff was friendly and welcoming. On the ground floor there were additional amenities to collect if needed (slippers and traditional pj).
Location is great, walking distant to many attractions, restaurants, shirt bus/taxi ride to Kyoto station for day trips. Apartment was great for us travelling with a baby, beds are a bit hard but as many in japan, still comfortable, they are also big, like two double together so the three of us slept there comfortably. Washing machine and dryer are the best. Shower is very powerful, so nice after hot days. You really have everything you need for your stay. Happy with the choice
The structure is super, the attention to detail in the architectural design is fantastic. Loved the room, the breakfast and Mexican/Japanese restaurant. The hotel incorporate also a design shopping center with lovely shops and restaurants. The tube from Kyoto station exits just below the hotel so you can access the hotel straight away. Easy walks to lots of nice parts of Kyoto. Would definitely go back there.
Walking distance from Kyoto Station..Check in location is on the way to the hotel...They provide you with umbrella that you can use...The staff are courteous and friendly..Room come with complete set of toiletteries..I love that they prepare bath salt.. Room are spacious for Japan standard and clean.. Common kitchen are clean and complete.. The self service laundry are free.. There is a family mart nearby..
