Everything was perfect! The room was much better than the pictures. It was super spacious and the view was great. Excellent shower as well. The staff although they didn’t speak good English they were always there to help us.

The hotel was well located, modern and clean. The room was spacious, they have free bikes to roam around the city, and they also offer bread, pastries, and coffee for free. The staff was super friendly and cordial, and the other guests at the hotel as well.

You can see why it’s rated so highly. The facilities are exceptional, staff is very kind and can communicate well especially if you don’t speak Japanese, and it’s in a good location near the subway. They allow you to rent out an Apple TV, rice cooker, hot pot, etc for free. The kitchen has a very strong fan so the smell doesn’t get everywhere. The shower feels great. There is a washer dryer in unit.

The hotel is fabulous. The room we got was very large and the bath was awesome with powered water flow. Location is great and very close to Kurasoma Oike station(3min walk) and from there just pick where to go. Breakfast is served to you, Japanese or American. No room service but it was not important to us because we were out most of the day. The hotel is very modern. The staff we’re great and always helpful.
