It is a lovely hotel to walk into. The lounge area is such a nice place to wind down, particularly when the rooms in Japan are so small. We enjoyed a couple of wines for 500 yen a glass and there is a variety of bread and snacks stocked at all times. The room was lovely and comfortable. The location is great with convenience stores and the subway very close by. Our favourite stay of our trip.

Room was very nice and spacious, Ideal for a group of 3 People. Instead of a TV there was a projector which was awesome! Loved the Style of the Room, very modern looking.
Also the free included afternoon snacks in the Lobby were great!
A very cozy traditional Kyoto house. Everything about the stay was perfect. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. I liked the location right next to Kitano Tenmangu Shrine and a 20 minute walk from Kinkaku-ji. I highly recommend this place. 😊
