Everything! Very friendly personal, great atmosphere and really clean rooms. They provided free drinks in the room, even a couple of beers :) And wonderful Ramen free in the evenings.

Beautiful in any season!
Beautiful in any season! My first visit was in winter, when snow covered much of the gardens and gave it an etheral beauty, then in spring which was a feast for the eyes. This latest trip was once again in winter and the beauty still impressed me.

These gardens are regarded by many Japanese as the finest in the whole of Japan and many visit Tanazawa especially to see them. We visited early in the year, some plum blossom was on show but too early for the cherry blossom. Nonetheless, the gardens are spectacular. A must see !

Such a gorgeous hotel! Loved the communal seating areas, and comfortable rooms. One of the best baths in a hotel room yet - was very luxurious.
Well located, just around the corner from Omicho market, and too long of a walk to the geisha district and Kenrokuen Garden.

An almost perfect place for solo travellers who stay for 1 or 2 nights in Kanazawa. The capsule/sleeping pod was small but comfortable (and anyways bigger than most capsule hotels). I particularly appreciated the SPA area in the basement, with hot bath and sauna available during the day. It's 5-10 minutes away from the Omicho Market, the Samurai district, and the Kenrokuen gardens. When it comes to price/quality ratio, this place is really a good deal.
The hotel is located in a location where it is very easy to visit the Kenrokuen garden, the Kanazawa Castle, the Omicho market, and various shopping centres.
The hotel is well located, close to Omicho market and you can walk to Kanazawa castle (18 min) and Kenrokuen garden (19 min) and Higashi Chaya district (16 min). It's at 10 min walk from the train station.

This was a really cool hotel. The front of it is a cafe and is also where you check in. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. The neighbourhood was nice and calm, while being super close to Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden.
This hotel/ryokan is a great hotel if you are looking for one with an on location Onsen and yet close to Kanazawa Station. It is a little bit of a walk to the station but it is a nice walk. There is a Family Mart near by so that was a great help. The Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle are in very close walking distance. The 21st Century Art Museum is also close by. Most of the workers were very nice and helpful.
absolutely the room and location. It's in the main street with bus stop few steps away also surround by some interesting place like Kanazawa Castle, Omura House and Kenrokuen Garden. Room is spacious with bed and pillow is comfortable. Definitely will stay at this hotel whenever visit Kanazawa again.
This hotel is perfectly situated in Kanazawa! It's within walking distance to major attractions like Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Garden, and the 21st Century Museum. The room we stayed in was comfortable and fairly spacious. We especially appreciated that the front desk was willing to watch our bags so we could explore Kanazawa without hauling them around with us (we were departing later that afternoon).
