Everything was perfect! The room was much better than the pictures. It was super spacious and the view was great. Excellent shower as well. The staff although they didn’t speak good English they were always there to help us.

The hotel is fabulous. The room we got was very large and the bath was awesome with powered water flow. Location is great and very close to Kurasoma Oike station(3min walk) and from there just pick where to go. Breakfast is served to you, Japanese or American. No room service but it was not important to us because we were out most of the day. The hotel is very modern. The staff we’re great and always helpful.

Location is very convenient and 5mins to subway station. The hotel looks new and sleek modern designs. Our room is twin bed with sofa and small table and chair. I like the toilet, bath tab and basin area are separate and the layout is well designed and efficient to use. The lounge is very comfortable with sofa, tables and music on they also provide guests with free coffee, tea bags, juice and hot water , room temperature water and ice cubes.

It's a good location located right off of a main street and a short walk to places like Nijojo castle and the Imperial palace. It is a bit far from Kyoto station but a bus ride or subway ride will get you there in about half an hour. I had a first class cabin, I didnt think I would be comfortable in an actual pod. It can be somewhat noisy depending on how many guests are staying over. The provided earplugs helped me sleep. The spa is fantastic.

Third time staying at this quintessential traditional Japanese inn, complete with a futon bed, which was fluffy and warm. The garden view from the room was exceptional. Location was great, within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and Garden, tucked away in a quiet Kyoto alley, but is only 3min walk away from subway station. Breakfast was superb. Service was above and beyond.
