The hotel is centrally located in the shopping district, surrounded by restaurants, drug stores, convenience stores, etc. Nishiki Market is just a short walk away. Two train stations nearby. Very pleasing and tasteful decor. Our rooms were spotless when we checked in, and they were cleaned every day, with the towels and complimentary bottled water replaced daily. The standard double room was a bit of a squeeze, but we can't really complain, considering the price point and the location. We enjoyed the beverage bar at the lobby, which dispenses coffee and cocoa most hours of the day.

The location was amazing and street was beautiful. Within this street alone we had almost everything we needed, and it was super close even to the Kyoto Imperial palace where could walk daily.
Surprisingly we even had more spacious room compared to other hotels which made our stay here even more comfortable.
We loved everything! Location is great, right by a bus stop and subway station. The shared lounge area and room were immaculate and clean, and had a deluxe feel to them. It was right by the Kyoto Imperial Palace garden, the perfect spot to relax in an afternoon. There is a rooftop on level 5 with some tables and a nice view over Kyoto. Would recommend.
