Everything was top notch, from the staff, the check-in process, the family room, the amenities, facilities and the super close location to Ikebukuro station.

It is very near Ikebukuro station, very easy to access JR and subway, near big shopping department store and drug store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Bed is comfort. Our room is quite spacious.
Nearest train station is Oyama (Tobu Tojo) line. If you can walk about 20mins, the nearest JR line is Ikebukuro station. There's a laundry area just beside our place of stay and also two convenience stores on the left and right of the apartment.

Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. The room was small but super comfortable. Housekeeping services were excellent. Japanese style breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is outstanding, just 2 minutes from Ikebukuro station west exit (N). I would choose this hotel also for my next trip.

It is located in the perfect area in my opinion. It is really quiet and cozy in the area far from noisy streets, but just in 5 minutes walk you can get to Ikebukuro station with lots of shops and restaurants.

A good location is 15 minutes from Ikebukuro station by walk and 7 minutes from the closest Yamanote line station. Enough room to handle a couple of big suitcases. Washing machine and a kitchen in the room. Quiet area with lots of convenience stores and small supermarkets around.
The hotel is clean and quiet eventhough its located on side of the road. Do note they only clean your room if you stay more than 3 days. But they change your towel and take trash out daily
Basic amenity only avail like towel, shampoo and soap. Tooth brush/paste, face wash, cotton bud, tea station avail in the lobby. Where vending machine and laundry machine are installed. Conbini are quiet few and close by. Ikebukuro station is 10min walks.
Location next to Ikebukuro Station very convenient to travel around Tokyo and access to food and shopping. Direct stop on Airport Limo Bus route so easy to access both Narita and Haneda airports.
Location is nearby to the restaurants and malls also Ikebukuro station is minutes distant. Bed size is big for me and my son ( I found out at last minute it is a love hotel 😆 🤣 and unfortunately we can not cancel it)
Bathroom is also big with large bath tub.
I get air purifier in the room which is nice.
The lady in Reception counter also helpful.
