Great location, the hotel is close to the train station and easy to locate. The staff are very friendly. The room is exactly the same as photo. The room is very clean and very spacious. The bathroom is very big and there is jacuzzi and a sauna room in the bathroom. We had a great stay in this hotel. We wish we can stay longer.

The people from Rosenheim are so friendly and helpful.The rooms are superclean, new towels everyday. It's a 5 min walk to busy Shinjuku, but quiet where the hotel is. We had a washing machine/ dryer in our room. The lights, airco and TV had a remote, TV was in Japanese, but didn't really use it to check if I could switch to English

Now I've stayed in a few classy hotels in my life, but this hotel blew them all out of the water... It was amazing! The view of Tokyo from my bedroom was exceptional, and the staff was so on point and accommodating, the service was excellent. There is a chill out lounge available for you to get your own snacks and tea for free, and relax with a view of the city. There are a few restaurants there too, I went to the wagyu one and was served a fine dining course experience with a personal chef for a very low cost, I was impressed. This hotel is one of those where while it is pricey, it is also something where you get what you pay for - I will be here again soon.

The location is really close to exit E6 of Ikebukuro station. There were many conbini and restaurants nearby and there hotel have coin laundry.

Very close to Otsuka Station which is on the JR Yamanote line, and walkable to Ikebukuro Station (~20 mins)! The property was clean and in a good neighbourhood, quiet with amenities. The hotel itself, which was like an apartment, has everything you need such as microwave, kettle, hair dryer and a washing machine. Room is best for 2-3 people, not the smallest but also not the biggest! I had a great stay! Thank you so much!
The room sizes were a bit too small, specially when you carry big baggages like the ones we were carrying! Apart from that, everything was okay! The staff was kind all the time and helpful, always putting new sets of clean towels outside the rooms and drinking water! Also the room was warm and very quiet! It's a small walk from the hotel to the Ikebukuro Station (10 mins max) which makes it convenient to get anywhere you want!
The location was good but not as close as it looked on the map. It was about a 15-20 mins walk from Ikebukuro station but still convenient. There are grocery shops nearby and a family mart just 1 min away. And a short walk to restaurants. The toilet and bath/shower are quite specious and clean.
Even though the hotel is near the "red light district" it is completly safe, never had a problem or fear during my stay. Great plus being near Ikebukuro station, as most trains and subways go through that station. It is really easy to move to and from the hotel. All the staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was mostly Japanese, which helps to immerse in the culture, but they had few other options if you are picky.
Value for Money as a solo traveler, the space is big for one. Location good : 10mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station.

Location was great. 10 minute walk to Ikebukuro station (felt more like a 6-7 minute walk) with lots to see along the way with shops and restaurants. Room was spacious. Close to a 24hr supermarket which we went to frequently instead of the family mart in the hotel.
