Great location, the hotel is close to the train station and easy to locate. The staff are very friendly. The room is exactly the same as photo. The room is very clean and very spacious. The bathroom is very big and there is jacuzzi and a sauna room in the bathroom. We had a great stay in this hotel. We wish we can stay longer.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help even with limited English.
The room comes with a working kitchenette, you can possibly cook a feast if you want to.
Breakfast is curry with rice, and bread, would be nice if they do change it up a little.
Fresh towels provided everyday. Also provided drinking water and juices everyday.
There is no room cleaning service, guests are expected to make sure they keep the room clean.

The pantry of lotions and facial masks was delightful. Get to choose different type of masks everyday of our stay.
There are explanations for most items apart from the Karaoke and AC remote. Maybe an English explanation would help non Japanese guests.

Walking distance from JR Ikebukuro Station. Good service. Facilities were dated but usable. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was basic, but there is a 7-11 just around the corner. There is also a lot of restaurants and shops- you will not run of things to do/eat/drink/shop. You can leave your luggage after you check out.
Good location, close to Ikebukuro station where you can access Yamanote and Marunouchi line.
It has kitchen and laundry facility. The room is quite small but is expected in Tokyo. Overall, great stay.
