The hosts, Martha and Tim, are so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local knowledge of walks and places to eat. The breakfast is incredible, all home cooked and super tasty. We never wanted to leave.

Situated on 20 acres of oceanfront property, Newagen Seaside Inn is located on Southport Island, just 15 minutes' drive from Boothbay Harbor. We had so much fun in the Pine Room! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the sunset path, even though it was foggy. We built inukshuks and that was fun.
