Great location (you can walk to all the shops & restaurants), clean comfortable and cozy. Staff were very lovely and the breakfast was off the scale delicious. Easy parking outside terrific WiFi, nice touch of afternoon tea and sweets whenever you fancied them too. We only booked one night, but extended our stay.

The place is lovely. We were only there for 1 night. It has a beautiful garden with plenty of seating (which we couldn't really use because of the rain. In the morning we got some coffee, tea and banana bread from Steve and made some extra breakfast ourselves. Damariscotta is close, with a lot of nice restaurants. Steve send details beforehand, with a lot of tips and ideas.

The communal lounge is beautiful and has a communal TV too. Not forgetting Mike our host who was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
