Liam's Guesthouse Adults Only is located in Chiang Mai, a 10-minute drive from the City Centre and the Night Bazaar. It features free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and rooms with views of the mountains. The staff was very nice, they gave great tips for new and fun activities. They even helpen with the booking of said activities. We would 100% recommend!

I traveled solo and she made me feel so welcome and so taken care of! She always had some snacks for me and always made sure everything is good! She deserves the world! The room was also clean and nice.

Easy walk to crazy horse, Jira restaurant for delicious cheap meals, 7 eleven and Skugga Farm for nice coffee and fresh bread. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountain. We had a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The place has a lovely feel with the nice garden. Owner organised transport for us to the hot springs so we could take the local bus from there back to Chiang Mai. Would definitely stay again.

Great hospitality, great location, cleans rooms and comfy beds. Definitely worth the price. The owner, Nisit, helped me book an elephant tour, offering me various options. He doesn't keep a commission so his prices are cheaper. He is knowledgeable about everything, and also helped me book a bus ticket to Chiang Rai, giving me all the most detailed directives. We don't see that kind of dedicated and passionate hospitality very often. The hotel is located near the south gate market, and you can find eating options around. It is also super close to the main temple. Highly recommend.

I had a great and memorable stay at this hotel. The owner is the nicest and most caring lady that I have ever met. She made sure that I got everything I needed for a great stay. Thanks to her, I felt at home. My room was spacious and newly renovated; it had a balcony, AC, and all the necessary amenities. The nights were quiet, so I slept really well. Hotel location is on the southern side, but city centre is easily reachable by grab or scooter, which you can rent on the property for a cheaper price! You can eat at the hotel cafe, or there is a 7/11 and food stalls within a 5-minute walk. You also can do laundry on the spot. I would recommend for short and longer stays as the price/quality ratio is 10 out of 10. I ended up extending my stay for a longer time. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Sang Serene House is a self-catering accommodation located in Chiang Mai. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The property is 5.7 km from Chiang Mai Gate and 6.2 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. Great location on the edge of town it's really quiet but we could cycle to Maya Mall, Fashion market and Angkaew Reservoir in about 10 minutes. Their are lots of varied eating options locally from 50 baht Thai to top notch European cuisine. Check Google Maps, you won't be disappoint! The staff are delightful and the 'Boss Man' had perfect English and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Rooms are really comfortable. Beds are European style medium firm the balcony is beautiful, plenty of electrical sockets with desk and table for two. Coffee making in room, separate kitchen facilities. Really nice bathroom with hot and cold water. There is a full size swimming pool within walking distance at Centre of the Universe. They had 2 bikes and we cycled everywhere we wanted and had a really relaxed stay. This part of Chiang Mai is clearly where the well off locals live. It's absolutely beautiful with fields and mountain views. We felt totally safe walking and cycling. Crazy good value for genuine European 3 star room facilities in 4 star location. I think they also do monthly rates for those seeking an AirBnB alternative.

Owner is a superb host. I would definitely stay again at her place when I visit Chiang Mai again. The house and the room are absolutely clean, it was the first time ever I felt so good to walk barefoot in Thailand, where most guesthouses we remove our shoes.
