I stayed for one month. Bow, the lady in reception, is one of the kindest (and funniest) people you'll meet, and she made my stay so good. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, and rooms are cleaned daily. Bottles of drinking water are delivered to the room every day. There are loads of great coffee stands and streetfood on the same road. It's peaceful even though very near the city (5 mins on foot into the old city). Very safe area. There's a microwave and kettle in the reception area to heat food. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good too. Bow is always on hand to help or offer a Thai snack! The hotel offers a very soft landing to foreigners arriving in Thailand and Chiang Mai if you've never been before.

Liam's Guesthouse Adults Only is located in Chiang Mai, a 10-minute drive from the City Centre and the Night Bazaar. It features free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and rooms with views of the mountains. Marcel and his team welcomed us wonderfully. They were really accommodating and helpful ! The room was pretty big and the guesthouse overall well decorated with a nice atmosphere.

A small and peaceful guesthouse with the most caring host. Nuy will look after you. She will make sure you’re fed and have everything you need. I had a bit of a cough the one day and she offered me some medication. She also had some great suggestions for things to see and do. The room itself was wonderfully comfortable. You can rent a bike from the property for a good rate and it’s not far to get to places. I would absolutely stay there again!

We liked the spacious and comfortable studio. It is not next to the center but good for people that look for calm, want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and like to be next to the nature. There is a nice small waterfall not far away, it is 30 minutes to walk at maximum. Small shops and food stands are also close. The stuff is very friendly. We could even leave our laguagge on the check-out date at the accomodation till the evening as our bus left at 8pm. Thanks a lot for the comfortable stay !

Well located in the Si Phum district of Chiang Mai, Jane's House is located 300 metres from Chang Puak Market, 500 metres from Chang Puak Gate and 1.1 km from Three Kings Monument. Kohi (not sure of the spelling) was absolutely wonderful! She was very at tentative, and super friendly! My wife and I really enjoyed our conversations with her. She was also super helpful with helping us plan our outings. The location is very nice. It is on a street where there are a number of other hostels, and a person who can book excursions for you. A nice place to stay while in Chiang Mai. The room was very clean, and organized.

Muangchaem House provides air-conditioned accommodation in Mae Chaem. The inn also features free WiFi and free private parking. At the inn, rooms have a balcony. Wow.. What can I say.. Very peaceful & comfortable place. The room is very big and nice. The bed was so comfortable. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed it very much. Owner of the guesthouse was very Sociable and nice. The place was just perfect!
