The owner, Joseph, is a smiling, friendly, and extremely attentive man. On the first day, he kindly drove us around San Isidro to familiarize us with the area. The next day, my husband felt sick. Joseph took us to the hospital, helped us communicate with doctors, and sort out insurance issues. We felt so comfortable under his care that we decided to stay with him for a few more days. We had wonderful impressions not only from Lima but also from communicating with a pleasant and interesting person who knows the history of Peru.

Comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi can be enjoyed just 500 metres from Lima’s Costa Verde. Guests have access to a common kitchen and there is free public parking nearby. Excellent location in Microflores, accessible to good restaurants, shops and coastal beaches. Hosts Carmen and her husband are amazing. They went above and beyond to get room ready. Even accomodate me to check in early as I arrive to Lima earlier than check in time. They treat you like family. Beautiful cosy clean room with view of garden. It's a little oasis. Details oriented with motion sensor lights at night in common area. Great homemade breakfast also. Perfect place to stay in Lima! Highly recommended

The price was great and the location was excellent, with just a 2 minute walk to the center of the neighbourhood, which has a lot of great restaurants and cafes, and just a 10 minute walk to the sea. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with any requests. The hotel had a beautiful atrium, a terrace on the 3rd floor with a great view of the city, and a very homeley living room, resplendent with bookshelves, and big, comfy armchairs. The breakfast was really good too.

Location: ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ (near lima convention center) Security: ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ (gated community, auxillary gates close by 10 pm then you have to pass thru the main gate. Very safe with security) Wifi: ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ (fast since I was the only one using it) Basic accomodation and good value for money for the budget traveller. Near the Lima convention center (15 mins walk or less) and also near the Mall. The owners are very accomodating and helpful.
