He had every need considered in the rooms from drinks stocked up in the fridge to all the toiletries in the bathrooms, and during breakfast he always came to chat and engage with his guests. The price was great and the location was excellent, with just a 2 minute walk to the center of the neighbourhood, which has a lot of great restaurants and cafes, and just a 10 minute walk to the sea. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with any requests. The hotel had a beautiful atrium, a terrace on the 3rd floor with a great view of the city, and a very homeley living room, resplendent with bookshelves, and big, comfy armchairs. The breakfast was really good too.

Near the Lima convention center (15 mins walk or less) and also near the Mall. The owners are very accomodating and helpful.
