The owner, Joseph, is a smiling, friendly, and extremely attentive man. On the first day, he kindly drove us around San Isidro to familiarize us with the area. The next day, my husband felt sick. Joseph took us to the hospital, helped us communicate with doctors, and sort out insurance issues. We felt so comfortable under his care that we decided to stay with him for a few more days. We had wonderful impressions not only from Lima but also from communicating with a pleasant and interesting person who knows the history of Peru.

Our host got up early to let us out and handed us our breakfast to go. Also arranged for our ride to the airport. Great place to stay.

The price was great and the location was excellent, with just a 2 minute walk to the center of the neighbourhood, which has a lot of great restaurants and cafes, and just a 10 minute walk to the sea. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with any requests. The hotel had a beautiful atrium, a terrace on the 3rd floor with a great view of the city, and a very homeley living room, resplendent with bookshelves, and big, comfy armchairs. The breakfast was really good too.

The location was really nice. Just a short walk down to the beach and close to food options as well. The rooms were clean and the pool area is very nice!

Very safe with security) Wifi: ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ (fast since I was the only one using it) Basic accomodation and good value for money for the budget traveller. Near the Lima convention center (15 mins walk or less) and also near the Mall. The owners are very accomodating and helpful.
