Beautifully decorated for Xmas, well organised as we arrived late, friendly staff, clean rooms and a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use. The location is perfect to get to the Hot Pools and restaurants around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was amazing. Remote and peaceful. Nice to be disconnected and relaxed. Our dog Penny loved it and it was so nice to be able to take her on holiday instead of leaving her behind. What a fantastic experience. We stayed for two nights and would live to visit again to stay longer. What a beautiful mountain lodge and perfect vase for outdoor activities and sports. Really good food and drinks are served as well.

Featuring a bar, The Blue Pub is located in Methven in the Canterbury region, 13 km from Mount Hutt and 26 km from Mt. Hutt. The staff were excellent even giving us a lift to Opuke Spa and picking us up afterwards. Food in the pub was very good.
