Loved our stay here! The owner was very helpful and friendly. Our arrival was a couple hours delayed and he kindly waited for us to welcome us/check us in. Easy communication via WhatsApp should you have any questions/concerns or even want some Kyoto recommendations. We enjoyed the beauty and charm of the building. The walls are thin so everyone is encouraged to be respectful and quiet throughout your stay which we were fine with. And the floor futons were extremely comfortable!

The rooms were really big and had everything you need. There is even a washing machine, dryer that you can use in the hotel. The staff was attentive and polite. I will definitely go again. Don't be intimidated with their garbage segregation policy. It's very easy: bottle, food containers and the rest are burnable trash. The hotel and the surrounding area can be a little too quiet, though, if you're used to the noise of the city.

They did a good job of communicating and had clear instructions and expectations. The staff was friendly and they provided clean towels and extra coffee and other items available at all times near the front desk. The room had a washing machine and a bathtub.

Objekat Hachi Inn je smešten na atraktivnoj lokaciji u gradu Kjoto, i to u četvrti Shimogyo Ward, na 15 min. Amazing modern hotel in Traditional Japanese style. Personnel was very friendly and had a lot of good tips! Very big room, very nicely decorated and all you need was there. The location is also great as it's very close to Kyoto station and there are some nice sightseeing spots closeby.
