Everything. This place is consistently great which is why we keep returning again and again. Stephanie has everything running to perfection. The location is brilliant for walking in the area. The accomodation itself has everything on the doorstep. Restaurant, pubs, breakfast cafe and the shops in the main street.

Almost everything about our visit was great. We got a lovely welcome and everyone at the Inn was friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was top quality pub grub, accompanied by excellent drinks (local beer, and really nice wine) all at extremely good prices. A great cooked breakfast in the morning too. Our budget room made the best use of its space, with a nice shower, and very clean bedding. . So, absolutely no complaints about the service, location, cleanliness, ambience and food & drink - all were top notch.
The room was modern and large, with an excellent bathroom. The staff were exceptionally efficient, helpful and friendly, Breakfast and dinner are of a very high standard indeed. We will definitely return.
Easy to find and in a great location for visiting Hadrian’s Wall and nearby Roman forts and museum. Very comfortable, clean, quiet accommodation and welcoming staff. Dinner in the adjoining historic inn was excellent and well above standard pub grub.
Very cozy and historic Inn with beautiful and very comfy rooms. It was the perfect stop while walking Hadrian‘s Wall Path. The service was very good and so nice, the food excellent and I felt so welcomed and enjoyed the stay very much!
Liked everything here, it was an exceptional property/room with a great pub attached. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location for exploring the great outdoors. Had dinner and breakfast here and the food was amazingly tasty, hot and well prepared. I would definitely book the Innkeeper's Lodge at Cramlington again. Great value, location, room, food, drink and staff.
Excellent guest house. Access to a fully equipped kitchen where you could cook dinner if you wished. A private pool ,sauna and hot tub. Friendly owner . 15 minutes walk to town for dinner with lots of choice of restaurants . I would highly recommend.
Excellent location, reasonably priced, although I do feel breakfast should be included within the overall price. There is a most excellent pub to have dinner just walking distance from the guest house, highly recommended.
Location is good other than it being so near the A1 that you hear the traffic noise, but it didn't bother us much. A good base to explore the surrounding area. The hot tub was excellent. The staff running the on-site tavern/shop/restaurant were lovely and friendly. Drinks and basic meals are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lodge was warm with good heating and two bathrooms with hot showers. The kitchen is adequate, but we mostly ate out.
