Located on the Parkgate's Parade in Wirral, with fabulous views over the Dee estuary to North Wales, the Ship Hotel offers fresh, locally-sourced, hearty food, free Wi-Fi, and free parking on site. We stayed 3 Nights, would have stayed longer if we could have. Lovely location, Food was excellent, Beds were very comfy & Staff were among the best we encountered on our 4 week Holiday. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

The Carden Arms has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Tilston. The property is non-smoking and is set 22 km from Chester Racecourse. Everything is perfect at this place. Couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing stay.

Golden Eagle is located in Chester, 700 metres from Chester Racecourse and 5.3 km from Chester Zoo. This 4-star inn features free WiFi and a bar. Continental breakfast and cooked breakfast went down a treat - all staff were super friendly and the location was perfect for pub crawls (Golden Eagle included!) Gorgeous room and probably the best value residence in the whole of Chester!

The characterful, 18th-century Badger Inn provides stylishly appointed accommodation, 5 miles outside Winsford, Cheshire. We stayed in the King suite and the pics online do not do it any justice, this room is HUGE, and the Jacuzzi bath was huge too, beautiful high ceilings with wooden beams! Breakfast was defo worth the £10!!

Dating back to 1860, The Dog in Over Peover is in the heart of the quaint village. This typical village inn offers a restaurant and a pub serving real local and national ales. What a lovely, super dog friendly place, amazing staff, great food, comfy, spacious yet warm and cosy. Hospitality at its best. We were welcomed so warmly and treated so very well by all. The most enjoyable stay one could ask for. We were extremely well fed and watered with delicious food and cocktails by the most friendly, delightful staff. All our requests were accommodated with ease. Charlie dog had a fantastic time too, he had so much fuss and his very own treat made for him, they are sooooo dog friendly. The rooms were very warm and pleasant, I appreciated the pretty cups and saucers, real coffee etc. They also smell wonderful, seriously the nicest smelling room I've stayed in. Very comfortable beds. Nice furnishings. A nice clean bathroom with walk in shower and lovely soap that didn't make my skin react, for a change, much appreciated! Breakfast really was excellent as was the coffee. I cannot recommend this place enough. There are nice little touches everywhere that set it apart from the norm. But the staff here, they really are wonderful. A home from home but with far better food and hospitality!
