Neat and clean, the staff were excellent, location downtown Lisbon, a lot of activities and people but accessible to a lot of areas, overall a good experience, dry bar though no alcoholic beverages. No problems getting to metro transportation. Close to airport. Maintenance needs to fix small items here and there but all worked as needed.

The vistas were great, the people were charming, and the historical sites were enticing! The food is priced decently; I love that the price always includes taxes and tips. There are hills, but you get used to them quickly. Wonderful city!!

Lisbon is great for eating, specially sea food but there's something for everyone... found an incredible vegan restaurant around the corner from my hotel called The Green Affair. Great for sightseeing and getting lost in its streets. People are friendly and helpful towards tourists. English and Spanish are widely spoken.

A very nice city.
A very nice city. It is a good destination to have a short vacation in Europe but to experience something really different. The city has a lot of nice places to visit. Very nice viewpoints. Nice local food and delicious fish. People love partying and it is nice to visit the city in June, when there is festival month. It was the second time i have visited Lisbon, and I will visit the city again.

A City with interesting history.
A City with interesting history. Compared to other European cities it is a cheaper experience overall. Uber is very reasonable to get around. A lot of sites are closed on Mondays. National tile museum is a must see.

Lisbon is a wonderful city, difficult for seniors with mobility issues. We stayed two days each in two different areas and thank goodness for Uber. We arrived by cruise ship and immediately got cheated by a licensed taxi, research transportation costs before hand.

Lisbon is an extrodinary city with lots to see and do in the city itself but also in the surrounding towns/cities. We did a tuk tuk tour to kill time before we can check into our apartment and got to see a ton of the city that way. We also did a jeep tour in Sintra and the surrounding areas. Beaches were amazing and so close to the city.
The staff always made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the little treats and touches of luxury provided. It was nice to be situated outside the main city centre and in a small hotel where guests don’t feel anonymous.
Breakfasts were great & the roof terrace & the spa/pool facilities helped us relax in between sightseeing in Lisbon. The hotel is well placed for the museum of natural history & science, the university botanic garden, and other interesting venues to visit in the locality.
The location was great, only a few minutes walk from the Saldanha metro station which can take you straight to the airport and all of the main areas of Lisbon city centre. Food shops and pharmacy also nearby.
The hotel staff were lovely and upgraded our room for free. The hotel also felt very safe even when we were returning late at night after a day out.
Hotel facilities were clean and the reception area is really nice. Our room also had a great TV.
The hotel was 5 stars all the way . You could not get a better location as we could walk everywhere . We were so impressed with Lisbon and having picked this hotel made our stay .
During the short stay we even managed to sit around the pool and sun bath . The pool and the courtyard for drinks we’re so lovely and relaxing .
Service and staff were 10/10 for me so highly recommend. May be a bit dearer then others locally but worth every penny
The young lady who checked me in was lovely and friendly. The shower in the small bathroom was excellent and very modern. The breakfast was okay. The area around the hotel is a working class area with some good, cheap restaurants and has a more realistic feel to Lisbon than the City Centre.
