Beautiful property and wonderful experience! The room itself was beautiful, we loved the decor, the bed was comfortable, toiletries provided were nice.
The pool was great! Despite the weather being awful, it was so relaxing to lay by the pool, order a pizza and beer and read.
The breakfast was delicious everyday and had a nice variety of foods in addition to being able to order from a breakfast menu.
The restaurant staff was amazing, in particular one gentleman who was super friendly and was very customer-centric.
Overall, we loved the hotel. It was a wonderful weekend escape and we hope to come back again!

Liked · Breakfast was very nice and up to the standards of a luxury hotel. Service was excellent, perhaps a notch above the usually expected service. The PR level at this hotel is remarkably friendly and courteous. The garden has some unique and carefully manicured combination of greens and zen grated sand and the garden paths are carefully bordered by dried pine needles. Wonderful There are no specific luxury clichés as in many other equivalent hotels.
We had dinner once at the hotel - an appetizer of smoked eel and a lobster rice might come our of a Michelin guide.
The whole hotel breathes an atmosphere of rustic upscale welcoming smile and quietness. Definitely a place to revisit more than once.
A car is obviously a must and at short distance there are great beaches one can visit.

One of the most beautiful beach areas in Portugal. You can stay at close to the beach hotels, or more in the forest area. Either way, you always win. The village is beautiful and the number of options to enjoy yourself for short, long stays or just passing by are numerous.

the resort is great, although being slightly out of season the other restaurants were not open - save for a function for a car company doing a launch. The beach club was great - recommend a lunch there.

Fell in love with Comporta, the hotel is so convenient and easy. Love the decor and facilities - the attention to detail is great. Loved that the local culture is so important and has been incorporated into the artwork and design of the hotel.
All in all we had the most lovely stay with the staff making every day a delight - thanks so much we really hope to be back x
This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel that I can’t recommend enough. So many thoughtful personal touches from the owners that make it such a wonderful place to stay. Loved the decor, the pool, the breakfast - I could do go. I really hope that I get to come back to Comporta and without doubt, I would book to stay here again. My partner and I loved it and would highly recommend.
Lovely property, the photos don’t do it justice. Very clean and comfortable. 10 minute cycle to the beach and 5 minute walk to centre of Comporta. Lovely outdoor space, bikes available to use. Would highly recommend.
