The Gripshuis in Vught is a special Bed & Breakfast with a colorful history. Guests stay in a listed building that the famous painter Charles Joseph Grips built in 1881. You sleep in the green room, which has a cozy sitting area on the ground floor and a lovely, comfortable Auping bed and a private bathroom on the first floor (you enter the first floor via the stairs from the room below). In the summer you can also have breakfast in the leafy garden, between the apple and pear trees. In front of the door you will find plenty of terraces where life is good. Your hosts will do everything to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. We look forward to your arrival. your hosts Jan and Ton
Since 2018 we have moved from 's-Hertogenbosch to Vught. We left this city to explore our dream even more. We involved Het Gripshuis in Vught. After a months-long renovation we are proud residents of this beautiful monumental building, where painter Charles Grips, resided. Because we also ran a B & B in 's-Hertogenbosch, we also started a B & B in Vught again. Now with a lovely garden and centrally located in Vught; namely in the middle of the market. We are both working as a therapist and Jan is also a graphic designer. Our dog Tara is our loyal roommate. Beware; you will soon want to give your heart to her !!
