10 minutes from the airport, with Sea and Beach View. Inside the recently renovated accommodation, you will find a welcoming environment and all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and a sofa bed, living room with sofa (not bed), kitchenette, bathroom and small terrace with outdoor table and a beautiful side sea view. The nearby free beach is very suitable for even small children. There are many restaurants, bars, aperitifs, pharmacies, laundries, shops, supermarkets, pizzerias all under the house. There is also a cycle path that runs along the entire seafront. Inside the apartment you will find a free super-fast fiber Wi-Fi connection in all rooms. All the rooms of the apartment are air conditioned. Bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, flat screen SMART TV in all rooms. Kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups, pots, wine glasses, washing machine, kettle, toaster and an excellent coffee machine.
I love children, the sea, good food and decor. I really like traveling meeting people and new friends. As new friends in an informal way you will be welcomed when you are our guests in our house. We want to offer you maximum comfort and cleanliness in our apartment to make you feel at home. We speak fluent Italian, English, Spanish and have limited knowledge of French and Russian.
The apartment is located 10 minutes by car from the Leonardo da Vinci international airport of Rome Fiumicino, we are 15 minutes by car from the Fiera Di Roma and 25 minutes by car from Rome. Located between the main road of Fiumicino Isola Sacra and the seafront, it is in a very central position, everything within reach of your feet, you will find bars, supermarkets, shops, fish restaurants and Roman cuisine, pizzerias, laundries, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, aperitif bars. The proximity to the airport, the beach, the sunsets, the walks on the seafront and at the tourist port dock, the good cuisine especially fish are our strengths. We want you to feel pampered and welcomed at home with adequate comfort and cleanliness. We always provide sheets, towels, soaps, beach towels, beach equipment included in the price. The apartment is located on the first floor (without a lift) in a very peaceful setting, parking is free on the street.
