Location in the town was great, and being across from the beach was a nice trip. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Set in Rome's popular seaside resort of Ostia, a 10-minute drive from Rome Fiumicino Airport, Smy Aran Blu Roma Mare is a design hotel with modern rooms and panoramic views of the coastline.
Very nice place to visit☀️🌊
We already have a family tradition of coming here every time!
Once you have seen all the sightseeings in Rome I would definitely recommend to come here. Restaurants and most of hotels are opened all year round and it's not so far from Rome (only 20-30 min by car)

Excellent location not far from Rome.
Excellent location not far from Rome. If you want to visit Rome there is a train station in the centre and it makes Lido a viable alternative to overpriced hotels in the centre especially if you are travelling by car where parking is difficult in Rome centre. Also not far from Fumicino airport. There are many restaurants in the centre.

I stayed in the off season because it was cheap. If you’re looking for somewhere close to the airport, stay somewhere else. There’s no convenient public transportation from here and the taxis are iffy.
This apartment is a little tricky to find and doesn’t come with any amenities. Very basic and not very clean or comfortable.

Opposite the beach.
Opposite the beach. Not too crowded in October and easy to go arround and travel to Rome tourist sights. Near Ostia Antica Roman ruins which we enjoyed. Plenty of entertainment in the Piazza like Painting exhibition and music. We ate at Bristrot Grande, Ristorante il pesche de ostia, Antico Traiano.
Lovely pier and being serenaded by Italian singer on a sunny day! Very close to travel to the airport.

Host was to much pushy to book the taxi with them from airport and once refused asking for the extra money for a late check out even though it was a self check inn . Before agreed and later after we refused for the taxi from them they asking the extra charge which is more than the booking it’s self £60 euros for the late check out ,
We find it really uncomfortable and my partner didn’t want to stay a place like that where they pushing to jinx and she was scared of staying at that place because the host partner is kept interfering and refused to talk to booking saying they don’t speak any English while they speak perfect when asking money !!!!! Be ware guys
We didn’t stayed and not getting any refund or response from them to the booking

The location was perfect, breakfast (not complimentary) was enjoyable, staff very friendly, cleanliness of the hotel was good. There is an all you can eat Italian Restaurant and McDonalds near the hotel. If staying in the summer, it is walking distance to the beach.

The location of this hotel is simply the best you can get. And I guess in 1968 (when they built it) it was easier to get such a spot practically on the beach and meters from the center. Breakfast is decent and typical for lower category hotels in Italy (and maybe for some higher category too). The property is well maintained, nothing fancy, but clean and everything working well. Staff is very helpful and nice.
The room was bit small and the view from the window was flats next door. the walls had stains and the decor was worn. breakfast was great and the staff were helpful about dietary requirements. It was great to have beach towels and loungers and umbrellas provided for the beach. The beach was the main appeal of the hotel and thats what made the stay enjoyable. Also enjoyed the view from the terrace.
Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. Nearby there is a great beach, public one, with bar and all required facilities. Host is super friendly and helpful, don't hesitate to ask her a questions as you'll get the best recommendations.
Very cute apartment, walking distance from the beach and train stations which provide easy access to other areas in Italy.
Apartment was clean, the perfect size, and the patio us absolutely lovely.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
